• a curriculum vitae showing the quartet's artistic background
• a photo of the quartet
• copies of the passports
• verification of each member's tertiary education or comparable education
• a detailed listing of the programme for all three rounds
• contact details of at least one of the quartet's members (name, address, phone, e-mail)
